Glasses soup
I'm making chicken broth today. When I buy a package of chicken pieces now, I try to buy the cheaper ones that have the skin and bones still on. Then I remove the skin and bones and use them to make broth. It's win-win. It makes way better broth than you get by boiling a roasted carcass, way more flavour. Plus when I put it in the fridge to cool off the fat and remove it, the broth itself has a lot of jelly, which also means lots of flavour.
I'm in the process of choosing a pair of glasses online. I've wanted to try it for a while. I've heard pretty good things about it, and it seems really cheap. Since it's cheap, I'm probably going to try some frames that I might not normally splurge for at a regular eye place. Usually, I'm not sure enough that I'll like something outside my comfort zone, and I don't really want to pay good money for it. But if it only costs $25-40, I don't feel so bad.
I'm also going to try ordering a pair of prescription sportswear/goggles for when I'm driving. I have transition lenses right now which are good for when I'm out doing things, but they don't work in a vehicle. Since I tend to drive 8-10 hours at a time for work every couple months, it's worth at least trying.
