Fomenting at the mouth

I think I'm a fomenter. In a bad way. I think part of it is that I'm empathetic and a good listener (there are exceptions to this). And part of it is that when I'm in the same situation as the fomentees, I tend to get worked up, with the ability to snowball the other person's emotions out of proportion.

I generally use these powers for good, such as inciting little dogs to chase balls. However, sometimes, my powers get used for not so good. Inciting children to riot! Or just chase balls.
