Again with the landscaping

Okay, so I wrote this a while ago and then didn't finish:

• It was raining last week so we didn't get much done, but last weekend we rented a skidsteer and Jay moved around the massive pile o' dirt we had delivered.  He smoothed it out pretty well, but we're going to try to get a landscaping place to come and do a final grade/pack and put in topsoil.  That way it'll hopefully look a bit more professional.  In the future, the dirt work is definitely something we'd get someone to do for us - it's a lot easier, and looks a lot better, if someone does it who uses the machine all the time.  Here's what it looks like now:
