Awesome tasty meatloaf recipe

This is a frequent flyer in our house.  

Sauce:

1 c. Ketchup

Brown sugar

Worcestershire sauce

Mix, add half to meat mixture, and spread rest on top with 20 minutes left to bake.

Meatloaf:

1 lb. Ground beef

1 c. Onion

1 Potato

1 Carrot

1 egg

1/2 c. Broth

1 1/2 c. Breadcrumbs (approximately 1 sleeve of saltines)

Garlic (grated/chopped/dried/powder) to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Other seasonings to taste (I usually add some steak spice)

Grate onion, potato and carrot.  Mix all.  Put in loaf pan (5" preferably).  Bake approximately 1 hour.
