Anecdotes

A customer called in yesterday, he had removed a virus on his computer but now the software wasn't working. Turns out he'd called in a couple months ago for the same thing. He really likes downloading music. "Well, I'm the owner of the company, so what am I supposed to do while my people are taking calls?"

For starters, you might not want to download viruses when you're running a $10,000 piece of equipment and paying people to work on it. Or not work on it, since your computer isn't running.

Or you could, you know, work on making your company better, or doing some management. Perhaps "do work". His employees must hate him. I sure would.
