Just full of ideas or something

I just had an idea for making a tree skirt: fold a white piece of fabric like you would a piece of paper for making a snowflake, then cut chunks out. Unfold and applique onto a coloured piece of fabric. If I wasn't doing something else for ours, I'd totally do that.
