Offended on behalf of women

Just read (most) of an article about Lisa LaFlamme losing her job.  Sounds like she clashed with her boss about pretty much everything, yet the article made it seem like the decision to end her contract was based solely on her hair colour.  I'm offended on behalf of women.  Stupid beauty standards for women don't need to colour everything.
